Chair Yoga & Meditation
This class uses movement, breath work, tapping acupuncture points and meditation to relax the nervous system, balance your energy and expand your self awareness. This class is suitable for all levels. It is a meditative class with movement. Practice being in the present moment. Helping you to be more present in your life, more relaxed and feeling better.

Healing Circle
This is an interactive group experience using energy healing techniques that assists you in being present in the moment where healing happens. It is self exploration to expand your awareness on your healing and life journey. Bring your willingness and curiosity to look within. If you accept responsibility for your journey you become empowered to release what no longer serves you instead of being enslaved by it, by your past.
You will be supported with embodiment techniques and the Brennan Integrated Method and other tools I find appropriate that I have learned through hypnosis training, yoga, meditation, etc.
You are an active participant in your healing journey. I will assist you in expanding your awareness of your energy to assist you in releasing old patterns, beliefs and blocks that aren't serving your highest good.
There will be self reflection and opportunities to share. What is here for you now? Often in groups there can be common threads of healing. Often we have much more in common then we realize. The energy of the group helps everyone.
This will be a small group of about 4-8 people. We will meet monthly.
Who would benefit? Anyone who is on a healing journey. Maybe you serve clients as a healer or massage therapist. You may be new to energy healing or have been studying for years. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, stress? Honestly anyone who wants to heal from their life journey, continue to grow in self awareness and energy and take their power back from the past.
